Michael tells him he will wait for the call, but everyone needs to go to the waiting room. Look at Michael taking charge.

Jake is looking for Amy. Nurse Julie says she has not seen her. Jake runs into Amy and ask her to work with a patient, Mrs Reinhart, since Amy is the only person she want to treat her. Jake tells Amy she has dementia but remembers Amy as the chief. Amy exams her.

Sonya tells TJ that he was suppose to follow her lead. TJ gives Sonya the military version which Major Elliott failed to report. TJ ran labs which Sonya calls unnecessary. TJ calls the defense department without telling anyone. Sonya is not happy. TJ says that they have a different idea about loyalty. Sonya states her loyalty is always to the patient. Mrs. Reinhart observes Amy, Jake, and Richard talking about her case in the hallway. Amy suggests an MRI, but Richard disagrees. He dismisses Jake and reminds Amy that she previously requested unnecessary tests after Danny’s death. Richard tells her that he will not manage the department that way. Amy expresses her gratitude to Richard, but he appears puzzled.

Katie meets Amy in the hospital cafeteria. Michael worries that Amy will ask Katie about Danny and tells her to leave if it gets uncomfortable. When they meet, Katie initially thinks it’s about Danny, but Amy reassures her it’s only about her. Michael keeps having dreams about the day of Danny’s trip. He wakes up from the dream and his wife says he was having a nightmare.

Sonya tells Lena (Major Elliott) about her surgery results and the medications she will take. TJ enters Michael’s office and explains that Lena’s diagnosis is now clear. He mentions that Lena’s respiratory issues are due to the oxygen she was given for years and believes the doctors missed her condition.

Amy and Jake scan CeCe and find out she doesn’t have Alzheimer’s. Instead, her issues are from heart clots. CeCe is very happy. Richard smiles, although not genuinely, because Amy was correct.

Lena is on her way out and stops by to thank TJ for what he did on her behalf. Sonya comes up and thanks TJ for helping.

Michael reflects on his nightmare and Amy’s question about not checking Danny’s pulse. He asks Max for a favor to get into the museum after hours. Michael takes Amy to the museum and explains what happened. He breaks down in tears, and Amy comforts him.

Now we know why Michael was sad and worried. He should be relieved now because he has told Amy the truth. Amy know understands why they are divorced. Will this make Michael feel relieved? I believe he still loves Amy, but he has responsibilities to his new wife, who is now pregnant.
