Criminal Minds

Season 6, Episode 21

I’m just watching random episodes now of show and this is one I found interesting.

The BAU group travels to San Diego to investigate a serial case of missing college girls. It starts off with a young lady walking to her apartment at night. Of course, it’s dark and a lot of places to hide. I was so relieved when she made it in her apartment and locked the door. She’s safe. She gets ready to take a shower and everything seems save. Then here comes some man climbing through one of her windows; now you would think it was locked too. He gets in and turns on some music in the living room, which of course she goes to investigate. The man is standing outside her bedroom door, grabs her. She fights back; runs into her bathroom. And he proceeds to stab her as she falls in the tub. Talk about mad; I was not happy. She was safe in her own apartment. Who knew he would climb through the window. Should she have checked the house out first; of course. She did notice the window and went to close it, but it was too late. Her roommate was out of town. How did the man know that. Comes to find out, he had been stalking her.

When the BAU group gets to San Diego, they investigate and found out that the man had somehow unlocked the window and got in. Comes to find out; there were other missing girls with similar features as hers.

Then the man goes on to talk other young girls. The next girl had been texting this same guy. He follows her to where she was babysitting for a young couple; and he was watching her through the patio door. Girls, close your blinds. Why are you sitting with the blinds open!! She hears the baby crying through the monitor, goes up stairs to check on the baby. Guess who is behind her, the man. He stabs her in front of the crying baby. Who does that, a crazy man. The couple finds the girl on the floor and calls the police. And guess what else? He feeds the crying baby after he kills the girl. They found a baby bottle on the dresser with blood prints. Crazy man!

At this point the man is out of control. The third girl he stalks, she is babysitting and is on the phone with her boyfriend. She hears a noise, tells her boyfriend not to hang on while she looks around. The alarm is set but the door is opened and the alarm goes off. She is scared, of course. It was the couple of the baby coming him early. She laughs and is relieved it is them. She says her goodbyes to them; the father walks her to the door; and soon as they open it guess who is at the door. The man. He comes in and stabs the girl and the father. What is going on? Did the father not fight back??

The BAU finally figures out who the man is. He is a young man with mental problems. He is choosing young girls that look like this step mother, who is angry with because he accuses her of his father’s death. His father dies of natural causes. Anyway, he’s mad at her. He goes to her house, confronts her and soon after the BAU shows up and shots him.

I mean, this is a lot to think about as young girls. Don’t be so quick to assume your surrounding are safe. Take that extra minute to look around. Try not to walk alone at night if necessary; and look around your apartment when you get home before you take your shoes and coat off. Just some suggestions. If you have time, watch the episode. It will give you chills.

Hello Everyone!!

It’s been a while since I have written anything about the tv shows I like. A lot of my shows have not returned and I haven’t had anything to write about.

With the new “Stay at Home” order in place, I will have lots of time to watch tv shows I normally will not watch; and I will be blogging about those.

Everyone stay safe and stay tune for blogs to come!!

Power

I watched the return to this episode after the holiday break and I must say, it was very disappointing. What just happened? You mean to tell me that Dre got killed for being stupid.

I was expecting the episode to start where it left off with Ghost getting shot, but they spend a entire episode on Dre; very disappointing. I really hope next week will be better.

Sorry dedicated fans, but they need to do better.

Give me your thoughts . . .

Grey’s Anatomy

Meredith is on trial for insurance fraud. A father of a little girl did not have insurance to pay for her surgery. Meredith used her daughter’s card to pay for the child’s surgery. She got caught and Dr. Bailey fired her and turned her in. Yes, it is an ethical situation but what would you do. Would you risk your career for a sick child. This is what Meredith’s trail is about.

Before the trail starts, Meredith notices that one of the doctors to determine her fate was the same doctor who killed Derrick. She starts to have flashbacks. After several hours, he questions her methods and she will not be silent any longer. She confronts this doctor and calls him out. He falls out having a seizure and gets rushed to the hospital. He has surgery but dies on the table.

Meredith had everyone speak on how good of a doctor she is. But in the end the people that had the most to say were the patients she saved. It was over fifty of them that came and said great things about her. Sure Meredith does not always follow the rules but she is always trying to save her patients.

Meredith does not loose her license. Great news!! Good episode!!

Randall is trying to make it at his new job. He cancelled on a few of the councilmen because of family issues and now they are giving him the cold shoulder. He invited a few of the councilmen to play golf with him. Randall acts like he hates golf trying to make a good impression on the men. The councilmen give him a hard time on the golf course. In the end, they warm up to him Randall has a good time. There are flashbacks of Randall learning how to play golf with Jack. He plays after the group of men leave and he is good. Tess is having panic attacks like Randall. Randall gets a call from her school and he leaves a meeting with a councilman to go get her. Now that was a bold move. Is he forgetting that he needs help from the councilmen to make his job easier. I’m sure that will come up later. There is a flashback of Beth talking to Randall’s dad about anxiety. Randall is thinking he passed the trait to Tess. Beth has a talk the Tess and Randall about their anxiety. She later makes an appointment for Tess to talk with a doctor. Beth also wants Randall to talk to someone, but he is not interested and says he is fine. Beth sees and knows the signs.

Kevin is living in his trailer in PA next to his uncle Nickie. Why is Kevin trying so hard to fix the lives of people around him. Kate and Randall are worried about him and do not understand his current choices. Kevin is friends with a nine year old and his parents can’t understand why. I’m not sure where the story line is going with Kevin. I will have to see.

They flashback to a dinner with the family to celebrate Kevin and Sofie getting married. They just moved into a new house after Jack and Rebecca is trying to make the first dinner a success. Randall brings Beth from college. Migel is there as a guest of Rebecca. And Kate has a surprise date from a guy she works with. The dinner is burnt; everyone trying to carry on pleasant conversation. Then Rebecca gives a speech about remembering Jack and being about to talk about him and be happy. Rebecca admits the meal is awful and they all laugh and the mood is lightened. I look at this as just because someone is in a mood; but don’t bring everyone down with you. Life is too short for all the drama of making everyone around you on edge. Lighten up and enjoy the people around you. Rebecca orders pizzas and everyone has a good time. All Rebecca wants is for everyone to be happy.

Kevin is bummed out because the studio is cancelling his show “The Manning.” They flashbacks on how the show started and Kevin thinks back to his first show. Kevin continues to try and help his uncle, who keeps turning him down. Kevin even buys an RV and parks it outside his uncle’s trailer to be closer to him. After a while, Kevin will get tired of the situation and leaves. You don’t see Kate or Randall dealing with the uncle.

Kate and Toby take Jack to a baby class; and Jack cries the who time. I mean really; the woman is jumping around singing and what Jack hears is scaring him. It sounds like a bunch of noise to him. Kate is frustrated with Jack crying so much. They take baby Jack to the beach to let him listen to the waves. Jack’s first step to learning how to live in sound.

Beth is having the opening to her dance studio. She is nervous about her Mother coming; but more nervous about the outcome of the opening. She goes into the new studio and there’s an awful smell; turns out there is a dead rodent in the crawl space. The grand opening of the studio is in 30 mins and they have to get the smell out. Randall has a new plan to have the open house outside in front of the studio. They have a great turn out. Beth is happy and so is Randall.

Randall meets Deja’s friend from school and founds out he has a baby. He will try to get rid of the friend, but I don’t think it will go too well. It’s Beth’s day so they will deal with the friend later. Deja is use to doing her own thing before she was adopted by the Pearson’s. I think she will start thinking they can’t tell her what to do and there will be conflict.

Great show and I’m sure it will be the same next week.
