Your Honor

This show is on Showtime and a must see. I finished the series and it will hook you. It’s only one season, but has 10 episodes.

Judge Michael Desiato is what you would call a fair judge. He tries to help people and makes the best judgement he can in his court room. His judgement is not followed when it comes to his family. He starts to do everything he would not normally do.

Michael’s teenage son Adam is faced with an accident that will change his life forever. Adams hits a motorcycle rider, tries to help the rider who is a teenager, but panics and leave the scene after calling 911. Adam stops for gas on the way home. Adam gets home and puts his bloody clothes in the washing machine. Adam takes a shower. Adam does everything but stays at the scene until the police arrives. He makes so many mistakes.

When the judge gets home, he finds Adam in a panic. Michael finally gets the story out of Adam, and realizes he has to go to the police station; Adam needs to turn himself in. Micheal and Adam get to the police station wanting to do the right thing. Michael decides to go in first to let the police know what had happened, but sees the parents of the teenager that was killed; and realize the father is the leader of a dangerous crime family. Michael then decides to leave the police station and not turn Adam in.

Each episode after that continues with Michael trying to cover up for Adam. In each episode, Michael gets deeper and deeper. Michael gets more people involved as the season goes on. Michael has decided to take the fall for his son’s action. He will do everything he can to protect Adam.

The last episode was a big surprise that must not be missed. It’s like everything coming in full circle. Didn’t give you a lot of details, so you can enjoy it yourself. If you don’t have Showtime, you will miss out on a great show. It would worth the free trial.
